Job Description
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading restaurant operations with a focus on delivering high quality safe
food and beverage service while maximizing our guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and inspire the people that make your
restaurant standout.
- Driving sales and guest satisfaction
- Understanding, and practicing safe food handling procedures while maintaining a clean and safe environment for guest at all
times
- Food and beverage managers not only deal with food, they also have to deal with costs, pricing, creating work schedules and
more.
- Ensuring compliance with all employment policies
- Managing performance of team members, including conducting performance evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline
- Dealing with employee conflict, irate customers and wrong stock orders is part of a food and beverage manager's job. Being
able
to come up with a solution quickly is a needed skill.
- Selecting top talent to add to our winning team
- Managing customer reviews, online and in person to brand standards
- Creating a safe environment for team members to develop
Job Type
Experience
- 2+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required
- 1+ years fast food or full-service restaurant management experience preferred
Education
- High school or equivalent (Required)
